We're looking for a Product Manager to help us define and build the future of our AI agent platform. You'll work across teams to deliver products that delight our customers and solve real business problems.

About the Role

As a Product Manager at OmniChat AI, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key features of our platform. You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and customers to build products that transform how businesses leverage AI.

What You'll Do

  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and AI teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct customer interviews and analyze data to uncover insights and identify opportunities
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on business impact and technical feasibility
  • Define success metrics and analyze product performance to inform future decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or AI products
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Experience with user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Experience with AI/ML products or B2B enterprise software
  • Technical background or experience working with engineering teams
  • Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree

Our Product Process

The Interview Process

  1. 1
    Initial Screen: 30-minute call with a recruiter to discuss your background and experience.
  2. 2
    Hiring Manager Interview: 60-minute conversation with the Product Director about your experience and approach to product management.
  3. 3
    Product Case Study: A take-home exercise where you'll solve a real product challenge.
  4. 4
    Final Interviews: A series of interviews with team members from Product, Engineering, Design, and Leadership.
